MARIA LETICIA OSORIO BELCIÑA or 'Bebe Lette' is the eldest child of Bienvenido Z. Belciña and Matilde Osorio.
She graduated from Velez College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and went on to join the faculty of the University of San Carlos College of Nursing. She pursued and finished her Masters Degree in Nursing at the University of the Philippines - Cebu. With itchy feet to explore foreign lands, she decided to go to the U.S. of A. She met the love of her life and married GREG SMITH in 1992. They have no children.
Leticia is now a Professional Development Specialist for Professional Nursing Development at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX.
