FIRMO OSORIO BELCIÑA is the 4th child of Bienvenido Z. Belciña and Matilde Osorio.
He has a degree in Marine Engineering and is employed on a contractual basis by maritime companies with ships plying international waters.
In between contracts, he fell in love and married ADELINA TANATO.
