Ma. Lourdes Luengo, the eldest child of Virgilio Luengo, Sr. and Julieta Osorio Lafradez, was born in 1958. She married Romeo Chitrangathan, a Singaporean citizen of Indian descent, son of Kunjan and Seeta Chitrangathan of India, on April 20, 2003.
They have no children but Ma. Lourdes had a son before marriage - Aleksandre Raphael Luengo born in 1987.
